Vegetable burger organic 150 g Knospe

Zutaten:
Rice flour* (Italy), polenta* (Europe), BARLEY FLAKES*,
OAT FLAKES*, millet flakes*, RYE FLAKES*, CORN FLAKES*,
leek* 3.7%, sea salt, carrots* 3%, CELERY* 2%, onion* 1.9%, parsley*
1.3%, parsnips* 0.3%, cold-pressed sunflower oil*, garlic*, curcuma*.

Preparation:
Stir well package contents in 200ml boiling water. Soak for 15 min. Mix again
slightly and shape with moistened hands to approx. 1 cm thick burgers.
Pan: Fill frypan generous with oil, heat. Fry burgers at medium heat until they
are golden-brown.
Deep fryer: Heat oil to 160°C. Deep-fry burgers approx. 5 minutes until
golden-brown.
