Order and Delivery Terms and Conditions

Ordering Goods

Orders shall be placed online on the Internet ordering page. A contract shall be regarded as having been signed at the point at which the client receives an order confirmation from the MORGA e-shop. The order confirmation will be received by e-mail. It shall not be possible to exchange ordered goods. Morga AG hereby guarantees that the products comply with Swiss legislation. MORGA AG shall not accept any liability for the products being untradeable overseas due to differing legislation.

Minimum order value

Within 1-2 working days, we shall pass your order to the post office for delivery.

Swiss value added tax shall be included in all prices. Deliveries shall only be carried out once all outstanding invoices have been paid and you have provided your address details and telephone number.


Delivery Conditions Overseas

Your order shall be carried out 1-2 working days following confirmation of the credit note for your credit card. The goods shall be transported by the Swiss post office (PostPac International ECONOMY). More information, e.g. on carriage times, can be found at www.post.ch. If you wish to track your delivery online, you can request the Track&Trace number for your consignment at info@morga.ch.

Important

  • * Shipping to Italy: Due to constant problems with the Italian customs, we can no longer deliver orders to private consumers in Italy.
  • Extra fees (for ex. VAT, customs duty, etc.) that may be levied in the country of destination are not included.
  • Swiss value added tax shall not be reimbursed.
