Dear customers from the EU
We deeply regret that we must suspend deliveries to private customers in the European Union with immediate effect until further notice.
Why is that?
The EU has drastically tightened regulatory requirements for cross-border online trade. New, country-specific guidelines on Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) and the new EU Packaging Regulation (PPWR) oblige us, as a Swiss company, to register separately with national recycling systems in each EU member state and pay sometimes substantial administrative fees. As a smaller company, this bureaucratic and financial burden unfortunately exceeds our capacity. Since we don't want to risk any hidden additional costs or customs complications for you, we have decided to take this step.
What does that mean for you?
• Order stop: Orders with a delivery address within the EU can unfortunately no longer be accepted or processed via our webshop.
• Existing orders: All orders placed before this stop will of course still be delivered to you as usual.
• Deliveries within Switzerland: Deliveries to addresses in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein are not affected and will continue as usual.
We thank you for your loyalty and trust.
Should the legal framework become simpler again in the future, we will immediately reopen shipping to the EU for you.
