• Course Topic: Party Menu & Meal Prep.
• Cooking and baking sweet and savory recipes in small groups
• Production of various gluten-free dough mixtures, such as yeast dough, sponge cake batter, shortcrust pastry, and spaetzle dough

Costs
The cost per course is CHF 180.00, or CHF 150.00 for members of IG Zöliakie.
