General Information:

egg pasta, spaetzle, sauces, dusting meat with flour,
Béchamel sauce.

Pancake recipe:
130g Schär flour, 2 eggs, 1 tbsp. vanilla essence, 300ml milk, pinch of salt,
30g melted butter.
Lightly beat eggs in a bowl, add flour, salt, butter, sugar and mix. Slowly add
the milk and whisk well.
Leave dough to rest. Heat the butter in a pan, pour in 3-4 tbsp. of batter and
distribute evenly. Reduce the heat and wait for the dough to set. Turn pancake
over and bake on the other side

Egg noodles recipe:
Sieve flour onto the work surface. Create a well in the middle, add eggs, oil
and water. Gradually cover the ingredients with flour and work into a smooth and
compact dough. Divide the dough into small portions using a knife and then shape
them into the desired shape with a pasta machine (tagliatelle, tortellini,
ravioli, etc.). Boil the pastain lots of salt water with a dash of oil for
approx. 5 min.
