For this, select a whole grain programme or abasic programme that takes about 2 to 2.5 hours.Pay attention to the maximum capacity of your bread maker.Preparation dark box bread:Ingredients: 500g "Mix It Dark", 6g oil, 10g dry yeast or 12g fresh yeast, 630mlwater, 8g salt. Put flour in a bowl. Mix flour with dry yeast and water. If you use fresh yeast, dissolve this in lukewarm water (30°) and pour it into the flour. Add the salt and knead for approx. 2 minutes with a dough hook on a low setting. Add the oil while kneading, increase the speed and continue to knead foranother 4-5 minutes. Put dough in a greased and floured loaf pan and smooth.Cover the loaf pan with a damp cloth (or cling film) and leave to rise in a warmplace for about 30-45 minutes (until thevolume has doubled). To give the crust anicer colour, brush risen dough with sunflower oil. Meanwhile, place an oven-proof baking pan with water on the bottom of the oven and pre-heat to 190°C (topand bottom heat). Bake for 60 minutes. Remove the bread, turn out of the pan andonly cut once it has cooled well. Keep bread in the refrigerator.
