Baking mix for brownies glutenfree 350 g

Zutaten:
Raw cane sugar, corn starch, corn flour, cocoa powder, chocolate chips 7.4%
(sugar, cocoa mass 33%, cocoa butter, emulsifier: SOYA LECITHIN,
natural flavouring), rice flour, lentil flour, modified tapioca starch,
thickener: tara gum.
LACTOSE-FREE. WHEAT-FREE.

Preparation of brownies:
For a springform pan (Ø 24 cm) or a casserole dish (approx. 20x20cm)
For the preparation, you will need the following:
150g melted butter, 2 eggs and 100ml milk.
1. Preheat the oven to 175 °C conventional oven heat.
2. Mix the eggs with the butter in a bowl. Add the baking mix. . Gradually
stir in the milk until a smooth batter forms.
3. Pour the batter into the baking tray lined with baking paper and smooth
it out.
4. Bake on the middle shelf for approx. 25 minutes.
5. Allow to cool completely, then cut into pieces.
Tip: For extra crunch, sprinkle about 100g of chopped walnuts on the
brownie mixture before baking.
