Zutaten:
Corn starch, water, sourdough 12% (rice flour, water), maize flour,
rice flour, plant-based dietary fibre (psyllium), thickener:
hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; SOY PROTEIN; sunflower oil,
yeast, extra virgin olive oil 0.9% , salt, acidifying agent:
citric acid, tartaric acid.
LACTOSE-FREE, WHEAT-FREE

Produced in Germany.



Preparation:
Sprinkle lightly with water before baking. Place in a
preheated oven (convection oven) at 200° C until the desired level of brownness
is reached. Bake for 8-10 minutes. These bread rolls are pre-baked.
