Maize starch, water, sourdough 12% (rice flour, water), maize flour, rice flour,
psyllium husks (plantago psyllium), thickener: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose;
extra virgin olive oil, yeast, soya protein, sunflower oil,
acidifier: citric acid, tartaric acid (L+); salt.

- Store in a dry place at room temperature
- Reseal the pack after opening and consume the bread within a few days
or freeze directly.
- Moisten lightly with water before baking for a crispy crust.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 7 minutes.
