  • yeast, 0.9% extra virgin olive oil, salt, acidifying agent:
  • citric acid, tartaric acid.
  • May contain traces of LUPINS.

  • Preparation:
  • Sprinkle lightly with water before baking. Place in a
  • preheated oven (convection oven) at 200° C until the desired level of brownness
  • is reached. Bake for 8-10 minutes. These bread rolls are pre-baked.
