Put package contents in a bowl and pour 670 ml simmering water over it,
mix fast and soak approx. 15 min. Mix again slightly and shape with moistened
hands small balls as teaspoons.
Pan: Fill frypan generous with oil, heat. Fry falafel approx. 5 minutes at
medium heat until it is golden-brown. Remove falafel from the pan and blot dry
slightly with kitchen paper. Leave for approx. 3 minutes before serving.
Deep-fryer: Heat oil to 160°C. Deep-fry falafel approx. 5 minutes until
golden-brown. Remove falafel from the deep-fryer and blot dry slightly with
kitchen paper. Leave for approx. 3 minutes before serving.
