Acid-base tea 20 20 bags

Zutaten:
Stinging nettle leaves, hip, elderberries, caraway seeds, dandelion root,
silver lime blossoms, liquorice root, lemongrass, zinc, vitamin D.
20 bags with single wrapping à 2g = 40g

Packaged in Switzerland.



Preparation: Pour 2dl of boiling water over the tea bag, steep for 5-10 minutes.
Swirl the bag in the infusion, use the rim of the cup or a spoon tosqueeze out
the bag.

General information:
- Green tea with herbs
- Zinc contributes to normal acid-base metabolism.
- To cover 50% of the daily requirement for vitamin D and 15% of zinc, 1 cup of
this tea (200ml) should be consumed daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily
dose. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.
