General information:
To produce almond flour, the almonds are first crushed and then finely ground.
Since the whole almonds are ground with the oils they contain and the flour
therefore already contains fats, the amount of fat, e.g. butter or margarine in
the recipes should be slightly reduced. Almond flour works well with cakes,
muffins and biscuits.
Almond flour can replace wheat flour up to 100% in a recipe. Depending on the
amount used, almond flour requires more liquid, and the baking time may need to
be extended a bit.
Store in a cool and dry place.
