Chickpea flour is a part of national dishes in many countries. Thanks to the
rather neutral, slightly nutty taste, the chickpea can be used in dishes in a
variety of ways, e.g., for bread, flatbread, pizza dough, crepes, falafel, and
burgers or as an egg substitute. The chickpea flour is made of unroasted
chickpeas that are finely ground. The chickpea flour is NOT suitable for raw
consumption!
