Morga oats are gluten-free and certified with the symbol of the crossed-out ear
of wheat. The existing gluten-free flour line has been expanded by the gluten-
free whole grain oat flour. And it is of Bio Knospe quality. This flour offers
new and interesting possibilities for gluten-free baking and cooking.

Use:
The gluten-free oat flour is flour with the typical nutty oat flavour. It is
suitable for preparing pancakes, cookies, cakes, muffins and pastries. It
can also be mixed with other flours to make bread.

Tip:
Peanut Butter Cookies (approx. 16 pieces):
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C. Roughly chop 50g of salted peanuts and place in a
bowl. Add 100g soft butter, 50g peanut butter, 100g raw cane sugar and 1 egg,
mix with the whisk of a hand mixer for approx. 3 min. Mix 200g of oat
flour into the mixture, quickly combine to form a dough. Shape approx.
16 balls, press flat. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake for
approx. 20 min. in the middle of the pre-heated oven, remove and cool on a rack.
