General Information:
Apricot kernels are removed from apricot fruit by carefully cracking open the
stone. Oil is extracted from the seeds through pressing. What remains afterwards
is the so-called press cake. It is then gently ground into fine apricot kernel
flour. In terms of taste, it has a very light marzipan note. It can be used for
for desserts, a low-carbdiet, smoothies, and for baking.
