Millet semolina 500 g Demeter organic

Origin: Czech Republic.



Recipe: Orange pudding for 4 persons:
1 egg, 400ml milk, salt, 35g sugar, 75g semolina, 65ml orange juice (fresh
pressed), orange slices for garnishing. Separate the egg. Beat the egg white
until stiff. Bring the milk to the boil with the salt and sugar. Sprinkle the
semolina while stirring and briefly allow to thicken. Mix the egg yolks and
orange juice and stir immediately into the semolina. Gently add the egg white to
the hot mixture. Pour semolina pudding into moulds that have been rinsed with
cold water and leave to chill. To serve, remove from moulds and garnish with
fresh orange slices.
