  • General Information:
  • Without precooking.
  • Protect from light, store in cool and dry place.
  • Recipe suggestion for 4 persons:
  • Ingredients: about 20 sheets of lasagne.
  • Filling: 400-500g of MORGA vegetable bolognaise sauce,
  • 100g of sliced mushrooms, 150g of cream quark,
  • 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan.
  • Heat the sauce, add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  • Béchamel sauce: add about 1 dessert spoon of cream and season with a little salt
  • nutmeg and, if required, pepper. Bring to a boil briefly
  • and add 2-3 tablespoons of parmesan cheese.
  • Preparation: add 2-3 tablespoons of béchamel sauce to a greased gratin dish and
  • cover with lasagne sheets. Distribute bolognaise sauce on top.
  • Continue in layers until all ingredients are used up. Finish
  • with béchamel sauce and sprinkle on grated cheese.
  • Important: the lasagne must be covered with plenty of sauce. Cook for
  • 35-40 minutes at 200°C in a preheated oven.
