Recipe suggestion for 4 persons:
Ingredients: about 20 sheets of lasagne.
Filling: 400-500g of MORGA vegetable bolognaise sauce,
100g of sliced mushrooms, 150g of cream quark,
2 tablespoons of grated parmesan.
Heat the sauce, add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Béchamel sauce: add about 1 dessert spoon of cream and season with a little salt
nutmeg and, if required, pepper. Bring to a boil briefly
and add 2-3 tablespoons of parmesan cheese.
Preparation: add 2-3 tablespoons of béchamel sauce to a greased gratin dish and
cover with lasagne sheets. Distribute bolognaise sauce on top.
Continue in layers until all ingredients are used up. Finish
with béchamel sauce and sprinkle on grated cheese.
Important: the lasagne must be covered with plenty of sauce. Cook for
35-40 minutes at 200°C in a preheated oven.
