Produced in Switzerland.Preparation: Mix the dry mixture well with 9g organic dry yeast, add 500ml lukewarm water,knead briefly to form a smooth dough. Pour the dough into a loaf tin lined with baking paper (use a moistened spatula), cover the bread and let it rest in awarm place for 30 minutes.
