Preparation:
Mix the dry mixture well with 9g organic dry yeast, add 500ml lukewarm water,
knead briefly to form a smooth dough. Pour the dough into a loaf tin lined with
baking paper (use a moistened spatula), cover the bread and let it rest in a
warm place for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 250°C circulating air, place the
water in a fireproof bowl in the oven, place the bread in the oven, after
10 min. lower to 220°C and also briefly open the oven door to allow steam to
allow steam to escape, finish baking for 50 minutes.
